2022/2023 Fall Semester registration time for International Students: Wednesday, September 8, 2022 ~ Friday, September 16, 2022

Registration Procedure

Please deliver the following papers before September 16:

a. Photocopy of a valid passport
b. Original copy and photocopy of verified degree certificate and transcript
c. Student Comprehensive Data Record Table
d. Photocopy of tuition fee payment bill online

(You can pay by credit card/ATM/post office counter/convenient store before September 22).

Please finish Student Academic Record Online before September 16 (you can find your study buddy for help):

a. Login to iNTUE: https://nsa.ntue.edu.tw/

*Login information:

Account: Student ID number

Password: YYYYMMDD(Birthday)+MM(Month of Birth)+DD(Date of Birth) for foreign freshmen
b. If you have known your student ID number, you could join the 3rd phase Online Course Registration: 12pm Thursday, September 23, 2021 ~ 18pm Wednesday, October 6, 2021.

Insurance (students shall complete A, B or C)

a. Send the insurance certificate purchased by yourself to amywang@mail.ntue.edu.tw (The medical and injury insurance should remain at least 6 months validity. The documents should also have been verified by Taiwan's overseas institutes).
b. If you already have an NHI card, send the photo of the card to amywang@mail.ntue.edu.tw. We will issue you the NHI payment bill later. If your company has been providing you the NHI, then there's no need to make the payment to the school additionally.
c.Buy NTUE Cathay Life Insurance (https://instuntue.ntue.edu.tw/p/412-1050-3370.php?Lang=zh-tw). Transfer NT$ 3,000 to the following account:

*Keep the record/ receipt of your remittance carefully. After transfer, please send the record/ photo of the receipt and your account number to amywang@mail.ntue.edu.tw

Freshmen Health Examination

Though we've informed you of the Freshmen Health Examination on September 30th held by the school, the examination will be postponed due to the pandemic. We will inform you of the updated information later.

Dormitory Payment

The payment bill will come out online later. Please pay attention to the announcement from the Office of Student Affairs (http://dorm.ntue.edu.tw/).
